Brad Hayes

A long time resident of Las Vegas, Brad is a CEO proud to be found more often frequenting the job site in a pair of boots than being in the office. Don't be surprised to see him working long side the rest of the team on your project. The Loring Robins employees are happy to follow a leader who is truly hands-on. He expects excellence while understanding job site needs and conditions. If asked, Brad will probably tell you that someone else on site is the boss--generally more interested in getting the job done well than in promoting himself.

Blake Duncan

Growing up in a small farm town in Northeastern Utah, Blake learned to work hard and be responsible. Blake's life is very busy as he just welcomed his sixth child to the family. He also loves Ford Trucks and building cool projects. He has a Construction Management degree from Brigham Young University and has wanted to work as general contractor since framing his first shed as a teenager in the local community park. He is known to pick up the pace and sometimes the volume of the music (when appropriate) as the day progresses to keep your projects moving forward.

Christy Hayes

It took a while to convince Christy to put her picture on the website because she avoids the limelight. However, we can't let her do the amazing stuff that keeps Loring Robins going behind the scenes totally unrecognized. She is an excellent mother of two beautiful girls and regularly volunteers at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She improves her community and our company culture through her example of just being a good person in everything she does. We would tell you more about the cool stuff she does to help others but she won't let us. 

Office Manager

Dianna Alirez

"Good Afternoon, Loring Robins LLC!" Dianna is the pleasant voice you hear whenever you call our office. Originally from Las Vegas, New Mexico, she is a Las Vegas, Nevada resident for the last 24 years and has been the office manager for the Hayes' companies now for the last 20. Besides taking care of our office needs, Dianna enjoys taking care of mediterranean geckos at home. She also enjoys cross stitching, puzzles and making bible purses. You will find her every Sunday at Awaken Las Vegas. Dianna's kindness is something we appreciate about her and we know you will too.

Project Manager

Dan Mortensen

As an avid car lover Dan spends much of his free time at the Las Vegas Speedway Bullring Racetrack. For the last 55 years Dan has either been working on or racing a car. He is equally as passionate about quality construction projects as he his about race cars. You won't have to see Dan's face to know he is on your job. You will likely hear his contagious laugh before entering the door. Dan uses his wit to keep team members and subcontractors on task. He knows that having fun at the job makes for happier workers who do better quality work!

Lead Carpenter

Dennis Smithey

A long time finish carpenter and framer, Dennis is no stranger to quality work. He is an excellent craftsman who has learned the tricks of the trade through his experience working in luxury high-rise condos and custom homes. Whether it be installing cabinets, custom casework or inset light switch covers he has a jig for everything! You can rest assured your project is in good hands when Dennis is on the job. You will not only appreciate his approachability and willingness to do things as custom as you like, but also his dependability and detail-oriented craftsmanship.
